Lori Loughlin and husband Mossimo Giannulli have enjoyed most of 2021 out of jail, following their college admissions scandal convictions, and now after buying a mansion in La Quinta, California, it seems they are really ready to leave this in their past. According to public records, the couple recently spent $ 13 million on a nearly 10,000 square foot home in the private community, Dirt reports. Last August, the couple bought a Hidden Hills mansion, presumably as a primary residence, for $ 9.5 million after sell their Bel Air mansion to Tinder co-founder Justin Mateen for $ 18.75 million the previous month.
Their new modern home contains five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, as well as plenty of indoor and outdoor living spaces. With high ceilings and beautiful marble accents in the kitchen, bar, and bathrooms, including huge walk-in showers, this is the perfect spot for a luxurious vacation. Amenities at the one-story home include an indoor media room, outdoor projection area, fire pit, and two swimming pools – one reflective pool located in a courtyard, the other an infinity pool and bundled with two spa tubs. Its desert location means the home has wonderful views of the Santa Rosa Mountains visible from most living spaces, and the plants surrounding the estate are all drought tolerant, with some fake grass surrounding it making it perfectly adapted to the hot climate.
The Full house The star and fashion designer’s new gated community is no stranger to famous residents: Cindy crawford, Kris Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian, and Scooter Braun all have locations in the enclave that offer, among other things, a private golf club, state-of-the-art gym, and spa.
